Ephesians 1:15-23.
It is so inspiring to hear of others sharing the same faith as us. It helps us realize we are not in this alone. There are others catching on to these truths and trying to walk out this faith in Christ. Paul prays for this body of believers to know God better and to grasp the truth of His power available to us. The same power that God used to resurrect Jesus from the dead is available to us in every aspect of our lives. Again, it's about Jesus. He is our King, Lord, and Savior. He is the highest authority of everything. We need to continually be in His Word, the Bible, to get to know Him an to let Him speak to us. Faith comes through hearing, and hearing from the Word. Over time, His power will transform our minds, integrating and developing His character within us.
We must be strong in our faith. We must be strong in hearing from Him. We must be strong in the habit of reading His word. We must be strong in surrender to Christ's leading and influence.
